JOHANNESBURG (AP) - The Johannesburg Poachers are off to a 4-9 season and the owner Scottie Trapp is not happy with where the team is headed. He has put the blame on coach George Brett and not the players. At a press conference in Johannesburg, Trapp told Brett that it was time for him to hit the road. He then annonuced that the new manager will be none other Hall of Fame manager Sparky Anderson. Trapp thinks that Anderson can put the spark back in the Poachers bats.

On another note Trapp said if the team don't get better and have more fan support he may be forced to move the team in 2008. "So come on down to the Poach House and put some butts in the seats and if your hungry we have lots of meat."

Sparky Anderson later threw out this interesting quote, "If I can't help this team no one can, and if i don't i will dance naked at home plate."
